Retail /Online Store Status​
  1. All retail stores opening hours may change in adherence to Malaysian government announcement from time to time. Kindly refer to the above store opening hour table for the updated information.
  2. You may also opt to shop via L’OCCITANE En Demande (www.experienceloccitane.com) from the comfort of your home to have your order couriered to you within 10 business days (nationwide). A minimum shipping fee will be charged. Free delivery available with minimum spend of RM300. Next day delivery is NOT available during this period.
  3. If you are near a retail store that remains open during this time, you may also shop via L’OCCITANE En Demande and opt to pick up your order from the store.
Membership Points & Birthday Rewards
Retail / Online Stores Membership Points Redemption:
  1. If you are an existing member at our retail outlets or Online Store, membership points can be redeemed when you shop at our Online Store or via L’OCCITANE En Demande (www.experienceloccitane.com). All membership points MUST be redeemed before 31 March 2021 or else will be deemed expired.
  2. Please keep your birthday reward SMS received from us because you are required to show the SMS for verification purposes.
  3. Online Store: You can redeem up to 15pts in each online transaction. Under 'Payment Method', choose the option to pay with 'Membership Points'. If you are not sure whether you've registered before, you may key in your email address (same as the one registered for membership) and select 'Forgot Password'. Check your inbox for further instructions on how to access your account information.
  4. L’OCCITANE En Demande: If you would like to redeem more than 15pts or use your birthday voucher, you may place your order via www.experienceloccitane.com and apply during checkout.

Big Little Things Recycling Programme

  1. Our Online Store remains open but do expect delays. For new orders, we will try our best to deliver it to you within 10 business days (nationwide) due to the MCO.

The health & safety of our Beauty Advisors & Customers are important to us.

Below are some of the safety & distancing measures that we’ve put in place at all of our L’OCCITANE retail stores* for the safety of our employees and customers.
Please refer to the store list for opening hour.

For our Beauty Advisors
  1. All Beauty Advisors will perform thorough sanitization in the store including tables, shelves and merchandise, twice a day.
  2. Temperature will be taken and recorded for tracking purposes for all Beauty Advisors in the store twice a day.
  3. All Beauty Advisors in the stores are required to disinfect & sanitise their hands before and after serving every customer.
  4. All Beauty Advisors in the stores must wear face masks at all times and are advised to wear while travelling to work on public transports.
  5. To practice safe social distancing, each Beauty Advisor is only allowed to serve 1 customer at any one time. Therefore, remaining customers are required to queue up at the store entrance according to the distance indicated by queue poles and red tapes on the floor.  One of the Beauty Advisor will be stationed at the entrance to control traffic flow.

For our Customers
  1. Every Customer must sanitize their hands before entering the store. Hand Sanitizers are placed at the entrance of all of our stores.
  2. Every Customer’s temperature will be taken and required to fill up a contact tracing form which includes name, contact number, time & date of visit and temperature via QR code before entering the store.
  3. Only a maximum of 2 or 3 customers will be allowed allowed in the store at any one time, depending on the size of the store. The distance between Beauty Advisor & Customer must be at least 1 meter apart at all times.
  4. Testers will not be displayed at our stores for safety & hygiene purpose. Please speak to a Beauty Advisor should you wish to try & samples any of our products in store.
  5. No skin & hair diagnosis or product demo will be done during this period until further notice.
  6. To make payment at the cashier, Customers must queue according to the distance markers placed on the floor.
