L'OCCITANE Malaysia’s Holiday Campaign - Tap Tap Harvest

Tap-Tap Harvest is 1 of the initiatives by L’Occitane to help, care and provide for people. The ingenious idea of Tap-Tap Harvest was conceived as way of giving back to society by the L’Occitane Foundation whilst at the same involving you to participate in this endeavour.

L’Occitane together with you wish to provide 8,000 free single vision spectacles to the B40 community throughout Malaysia and Singapore.

 

Campaign Period

L'OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.’s Holiday Campaign, Tap Tap Harvest (“Campaign”)  will run from 1st November till 31st December 2020 (“Campaign Period”). The Organizers reserve the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period and to cancel, amend, or defer the Campaign at any time without notice.
 

E-Vouchers

There will be a total of 12 types of e-Vouchers to be redeemed as stipulated in the campaign in accordance to the game level release. Players are required to use “coins” earned in the game to redeem e-Vouchers as unlocked by each individual player’s level progress. 

e-Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, vouchers in part or in full or in any kind. Visuals shown of e-Vouchers are for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right to substitute the e-Vouchers for offerings of equivalent value or remove it should the e-Vouchers become unavailable for any reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L'OCCITANE and their affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages and losses suffered by any user as a result of or in connection with this Campaign.

We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointments incurred or suffered by any users as a result of joining the campaign.

E-Vouchers redemption in campaign will be accepted until 10th January 2021, 23:59 hours (Malaysia Time) (“Closing Date”), while stocks last. All redemption received after the Closing Date will be disqualified.

  1. Only one e-Voucher can be used per transaction per account on L'OCCITANE’s En Demande.

  2. E-Voucher can be used with any transactions with no minimum spend on L'OCCITANE En Demande.

  3. 12pc Sample Kit voucher can only be redeemed once per account with no transactions required in-store with the redemption link sent via SMS. Users are to present the redemption link to our Beauty Advisors in store to claim the sample kit.

  4. Users are allowed to redeem 12pc Sample Kit in L’OCCITANE En Demande, however a transaction is required and can be redeemed upon checkout in the e-Voucher section.

  5. e-Vouchers are available on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.

L'OCCITANE Foundation Donation

The L'OCCITANE Foundation’s priority is protecting people's eyesight by funding screening, eye care, training and scientific research. It is also committed to promoting female leadership in Burkina Faso by supporting women with entrepreneurial projects and helping with their emancipation. Finally, the Foundation supports initiatives that aim to conserve biodiversity.

  1. With this campaign, we aim to donate 8,000 pairs of spectacles to the less fortunate.

  2. Players are encouraged to create virtual gifts in the game to join our commitment for the cause.

  3. Total gifts to be “donated” in game is 160,000 which is equivalent to 8,000 spectacles to be donated to charity.

  4. In-game “gift” donation period will be from 1st November to 31st December, 23:59 2020.

  5. Donation progress will be updated progressively during this campaign on this page.

  6. Final beneficiaries and donation amounts of this campaign will be shared within 14 working days after campaign period has ended.

  2. By taking part in this Contest, you as an eligible participant accept and agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by, and shall be deemed to accept all of these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, delete, and/or to add to these Terms and Condition without any prior notice at any time and the customers shall be bound by such changes.

  3. These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions stated on the Contest announcement posts made by the Organizers on their social media channels.

  4. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

2.1 This Contest will run from 20th November 2020 to 23rd November 2020 (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period and to cancel, amend, or defer the Contest at any time without notice.

2.2 Entries will be recorded and accepted until 23rd November, 23:59 hours (Malaysia Time) (“Closing Date”). All entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified.

2.3 The Organizer will announce the winners on 1st December onwards and the winners will be announced via social media postings.

 

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

3.2 Head over to game.experienceloccitane.com, sign up for an account and play the game.

3.3 Post a screenshot of any scene in Tap Tap Harvest with your personalized avatar, tag 2 friends and caption what part of Tap Tap Harvest you enjoy the most on your personal Instagram Stories with #LOccitaneMalaysia, #TapTapHarvest and tag @loccitanemy OR you can post it on the comment section of the Facebook contest post with  #LOccitaneMalaysia, #TapTapHarvest and tag 2 friends.

3.4 Your Instagram and/or Facebook account must be set to public.

 

4. PRIZES

There will be a total of fifty (50) winners with each winner entitled to one (1) unit of RM50 L’OCCITANE e-Voucher to be used on L’OCCITANE En Demande with no minimum purchase required.

4.1 e-Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, vouchers in part or in full or in any kind. 5. CONDITIONS & JUDGING CRITERIA

5.1 Only fifty (50) winners will be selected for this Contest.

5.2 Twenty five (25) winners will be selected from Instagram Stories and twenty five (25) winners will be selected from Facebook.

5.3 Participants who submit entries on Instagram Stories must be following L’OCCITANE Malaysia Official Instagram accounts, @loccitanemy and participants who submit entries on Facebook must be following L’OCCITANE Malaysia Facebook Page.

5.4 The participant must upload a screenshot of the game with his or her avatar.

5.5 All images submitted on Instagram must be submitted on the participant’s personal Instagram account with the #LOccitaneMalaysia, #TapTapHarvest, and tag @Loccitanemy and all images submitted on Facebook must be submitted on the Contest post’s comments section from the participant’s personal Facebook account with #LOccitaneMalaysia, #TapTapHarvest and tag 2 friends.

5.6 By entering this Contest, the participant grants permission to the Organizer to use the images in any promotional literature, website, and social channels. The participant must also have the permission from any person that is identifiable in the image if any).

5.7 All images must be original and the participant must be the sole author and owner of the screenshot.

5.8 Any images deemed misleading or belonging to another person will be invalid and any Prizes awarded to any person involved will further be invalid. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility in this instance.

5.9 The Organizer does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images.

5.10 By entering this Contest, the participant gives consent to the Organizer to use their image, name and/or photograph in any related publicity without further compensation.

5.11 The winners of this Contest will be selected randomly by the Organizer after the Contest   Period has ended, subject to limitations or restrictions imposed by the government on  business activities.

5.12 The Organizer’s decision on all matters related to the competition is final. Including the judges’ decision. Further correspondence will not be entertained.

5.13 In case of any dispute on the selection of winners and/or the Prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.

5.14 The Organizer will not be held liable for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or  incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reasons.

 

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

6.1 Winners will be announced on 1st December 2020 (Subject to change). The winners will be announced via posting on L’OCCITANE Malaysia Official Instagram accounts, @loccitanemy and L’OCCITANE Official Facebook page.  

6.2 The Organizer will contact the fifty (50) winners via the private message on Instagram or Facebook. If the Participants (Contest Winners) cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants and another winner will be selected.

6.3 Winners are required to provide their personal details for verification and contact purposes. Details include a full name, contact number and email address.

 

7. PRIZE COLLECTION

7.1 All e-Vouchers will be credited to the participant’s L’OCCITANE En Demande Account. To redeem e-Vouchers, winners are required to make a purchase via L’OCCITANE En Demande. e-Vouchers will be reflected during the Checkout process.

7.2 The e-Vouchers will be credited to the winner’s L’OCCITANE En Demande account based on the winner’s phone number registered on their Tap Tap Harvest account.

7.3 No representatives or change of account ownership are allowed to redeem the e-Voucher. Failure to provide authentic personal details will result in the winner’s disqualification from the contest, and the Organizer reserves the right to choose another winner.
