Almond Shower Cream

Been using L’Occitane almond series product for long time, and this is the first time trying almond shower cream. It is NOT great. The cream texture is weird, and smell really unpleasant! It smells bad!

The batch that I received, production date (MFG) is Oct 2023. Period after opening (PAO) symbol is 12M, signifies that the product is best used within 12 months of opening. Please note, this item does not come with any freshness seal or physical seal for tamper protection etc.

L’Occitane is not able to accept my refund/exchange request for this Almond Shower Cream, partly due to item purchased during sales period, and they claimed that the product is well within their quality and safety standards.

I was so disappointed because the batch that I received, it is clearly no longer fresh! If sales items cannot be refunded or exchange, I don’t mind to top up the price difference, to make it a normal price item, so that they can process my refund/exchange request for this particular item only. Wish L’Occitane can offer customer a better solution.
