My delivery FAQ
Items purchased will be couriered via standard service within 3-5 business days for West Malaysia, and 3-7 business day for East Malaysia (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) upon order payment confirmation.
Orders will be couriered between 9am - 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
- Shipping charge of RM12 will be applied West Malaysia.
- Shipping charge of RM20 will be applied to East Malaysia.
- Enjoy Free Shipping with purchase of RM200 and above.

1. Click "MY ACCOUNT"
2. Click "LOGIN"
3. Identify yourself
4. Click "Order History" on the left hand side
5. Check the "Order status": OPEN, PREPARED, SHIPPED or CLOSED. If the status is "CLOSED", click the tracking number of your order to track its delivery.
6. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking link you received is activated within 24 hours, i.e. the time it takes for the carrier to digitally receive the package. We invite you to track your order after this time period. 1. Your order can be delivered to a different address from the billing address.
2. Go to BILLING & SHIPPING step.
3. At Delivery Address, click “Enter a new address”, type the address than click “Confirm”
If you'd like to have items sent to separate Malaysian addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address if applicable.
