1. This Contest is organized by L'Occitane Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. of A-16 Menara Allianz Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (“L’Occitane Malaysia”)

2. By taking part in this Contest, you as an eligible participant accept and agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by, and shall be deemed to accept all of these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, delete, and/or to add to these Terms and Condition without any prior notice at any time and the customers shall be bound by such changes. 

3. These terms and conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions stated on the Contest announcement posts made by the Organizer on their social media channels. 

4. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. 

5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before participating. We, the
Organizers, recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. 

6. ELIGIBILITY 

This contest is open to the public, only except for the following groups of people who shall not be
eligible to participate in this Contest: 

A. Malaysian citizens under the age of 18 (as of 1 January 2023); and 

B. Employees of the Organizers (including its associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses); and 

C. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organizers (including associates and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses). 

7. CONTEST PERIOD 

A. This Contest will run from 6th January 2023 to 5th February 2023 (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period and to cancel, amend, or defer the Contest at any time without notice.  

B. Entries will be recorded and accepted until 5th February 2023, 23:59 hours (Malaysian Time) (“Closing Date”). All entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified. 

8. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

A. Purchase RM300 worth of L’Occitane hair care products.

B. Register on cny.experienceloccitane.com – fill up your details and upload your receipt/invoice number.

C. Play our mini game.

D. Answer five (5) simple questions.

E. Submit and wait till we announce the winners.

9. PRIZES

A. There will be a total of ten (10) lucky winners with each winner entitled to one (1)CNY’23 Limited Edition Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer worth RM2,299.

10. CONDITIONS & JUDGING CRITERIA

A. Only ten (10) winners will be selected for this Contest. 

B. All submission will only be selected from L’Occitane’s website. 

C. By entering this Contest, the participant grants permission to the Organizer to use the images in any promotional literature,
website, and social channels. The participant must also have the permission from any person that is identifiable in the image. 

D. All images must be original and the participant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright. Computer-generated images will not be accepted. 

E. Any images deemed misleading or belonging to another person will be invalid and any Prizes awarded to any person involved will further be invalid. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility in this instance. 

F. The Organizer does not accept any liability for the publication
of unlawfully reproduced images. 

G. By entering this Contest, the participant gives consent to the Organizer to use their image, name and/or photograph in any
related publicity without further compensation. 

H. The winners of this Contest will be selected randomly from the group of entries with the most correct answers by the Organizers by 17th February 2023, subject to limitations or restrictions imposed by the government on business activities. 

I. The Organizer’s decision on all matters related to the competition is final. Including the judges’ decision. Further correspondence will not be entertained. 

J. In case of any dispute on the selection of winners and/or the Prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision. 

K. The Organizer will not be held liable for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reasons.   

11. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

A. Announcement of the winners willbe on 17th February 2023 (May subject to change). The winners will be announced via IG Feed posting on L’Occitane Malaysia's official Instagram account, @loccitanemy.

B. The Organizer will contact the ten (10) winners via the private message on Instagram. If the Participants (Contest Winners) cannot be contacted after 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants
and another winner will be selected. 

C. Winners are required to provide their personal details for verification and contact purposes. Details include a full name, contact number, address, email address. The Organizer will then notify the winner on the Prizes
collection details. 

12. PRIZE COLLECTION

A. Prizes will be couriered to each Winner.

B. No representatives are allowed for prize collection. Failure to present the original documents for verification will result in the winner’s disqualification from the contest, and the Organizer reserves the right to choose another winner. 

C. Winners must collect their Prizes within 30 days after they have been notified or such extended time as may be granted at the Organizers’ discretion. 

D. Organizer will have the right to amend the items given in the Gift Set. 

E. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, vouchers in part or in full or in any kind. Visuals shown of Prizes are for illustration purposes only. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizes of any equivalent value should the Prizes become unavailable for any reason. 

F. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizers and their affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages and losses suffered by any one as a result of or in connection with this Contest. 

G. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointments incurred or suffered by the Participants as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize.
