Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the L’OCCITANE Anti-Hair
Loss Treatment Giveaway Campaign (“Campaign”).
By participating, you agree to comply with the following:
1. Campaign Period & Channel
Dates: 5 Jan 2026 – 31 Mar 2026
Channel: All L’Occitane boutiques and L’Occitane official website (excluding Lazada & Shopee)
2. Eligibility
The campaign is open to all customers residing in Malaysia and above 18 years old.
3. How to Participate (For Boutique Purchases)
3.1 Step 1: Hair Diagnosis
Customers are required to complete an on-the-spot hair diagnosis to assess their suitability for the product. The diagnosis will be conducted by a L’Occitane Beauty Host, after which a photo of the customer’s scalp condition (focusing on the hairline or hair loss areas) will be taken for giveaway submission upon purchase.
3.2 Step 2: Purchase Requirement
After diagnosis, customers must purchase one (1) bottle of L’Occitane Anti-Hair Loss Treatment 50ml from L’Occitane boutique using their L’Occitane account. New customers must create an account prior to purchase.
3.3 Step 3: Submission via WhatsApp
Customers must take a clear photo of the hair loss area or along the hairline
and send it to L’Occitane Malaysia via WhatsApp and agree to the consent
for the photograph to be used for commercial and marketing purposes.
3.4 Each valid purchase counts as one (1) giveaway entry per L’Occitane account.
3.5 Failure to submit the scalp
condition photo will result in disqualification.
4. How to Participate (For Online Purchases https://my.loccitane.com/)
4.1 Step 1: Purchase Requirement
Customers must create an account and sign in to purchase one (1)
bottle of L’Occitane Anti-Hair Loss Treatment 50ml from the
L’Occitane official website.
4.2 Step 2: Submission via WhatsApp
Customers must take a clear photo of their hair loss area or along
hairline and send it to L’Occitane Malaysia via WhatsApp and agree to the
consent for the photograph to be used for commercial and marketing
purposes.
4.3 Each valid purchase counts as one
(1) giveaway entry per L’Occitane account.
4.4 Failure to submit the scalp
condition photo will result in disqualification.
5. Giveaway Entry Period
5.1 Entries are only valid for purchases made
within the same giveaway week. For example, if the product
is purchased on Monday, 5 January 2026, the submission must be made
on or before Sunday, 11 January 2026 (11.59 P.M.), Any submissions received
after the week of purchase will not be considered valid.
5.2 This giveaway is open to customers with
a registered L’Occitane account and participants must be logged into their
L’Occitane account to purchase the product.
5.3 All submissions must be made using the
same phone number registered under the participant’s L’Occitane account.
5.4 Each L’Occitane account is limited to
one (1) entry only. Multiple entries submitted using the
same L’Occitane account will be disqualified.
5.5 L’Occitane reserves the right to amend the
contest period without prior notice.
6. Prizes
6.1 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable,
or redeemable in cash.
6.2 All prizes must be redeemed in person at a
L’OCCITANE boutique, even if the participant made the purchase online. Winners
may collect their prizes at their preferred boutique. Please refer to the
boutique list provided below.
6.3 Prizes must be redeemed within 1 (one) month
from the date of the winner's announcement. Unredeemed prizes will
be forfeited without compensation.
6.4 Each redemption is limited to 2 bottles,
with up to 3 redemption visits in total, amounting to 6 bottles for the full
year’s supply. This measure is implemented to ensure stock freshness and
to assess customers’ hair and scalp conditions for product suitability.
6.5 Winners are required to complete a
complimentary Hair Diagnosis Service when collecting their prizes from
boutiques. Our Beauty Host will review your hair growth
progression and assist in taking a photo for tracking purposes.
7. Winner Selection & Announcement
7.1 2 (two) winners will be
selected randomly from all valid entries received within each week’s cycle.
7.2 The contest runs continuously, with
winners announced every Wednesday on the official L’Occitane website https://my.loccitane.com/
7.3 Winners will also be contacted via
L’Occitane Malaysia WhatsApp.
7.4 If the winner cannot be
contacted within 14 working days, L’Occitane reserves the right
to forfeit the prize.
8. Submission Requirements & Privacy
8.1 By submitting photos
and contact information via L’Occitane Malaysia WhatsApp, participants
acknowledge and agree that the submitted information will be used for
the purposes of giveaway verification, participant identification,
and winner communication.
8.2 All participants are required to sign
the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) consent form to participate in
the giveaway.
8.3 By participating in the
giveaway and submitting the required materials, participants provide
consent for L’Occitane Malaysia to use their scalp photos, testimonials, or
related content for marketing and promotional materials, including but not
limited to digital platforms, social media, and in-store
communications, in accordance with the PDPA.
8.4 All personal data will be
handled in accordance with L’Occitane’s privacy policy and PDPA
regulations.
8.5 Participants must ensure that
all submitted images are authentic and belong to them.
8.6 Any fraudulent, unclear, or
tampered receipts will be disqualified.
9. Rights Reserved & Disclaimers
9.1 L’Occitane reserves the right
to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any
time without prior notice.
9.2 L’Occitane shall not be held
responsible for any technical issues, lost submissions, or failures resulting
from WhatsApp or network problems.
9.3 L’Occitane’s decision on all matters
relating to the giveaway is final.
9.4 L’Occitane reserves the right to use
the photos taken during the Hair Diagnosis Service for marketing and
promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, in-store
displays, and e-commerce platforms.
