I’m really disappointed with my recent online purchase from L’Occitane. It has been more than 10 days and I still haven’t received my parcel. Tracking shows that it has been sitting at the GDEX Bangi branch for days without any update.

For a premium brand like L’Occitane, I honestly expected a much better delivery service. Waiting this long with no clear explanation is frustrating, especially when customers are paying for quality products and service.

I strongly suggest that L’Occitane review or change their courier partner. This kind of delay affects customer trust and overall shopping experience.

Please improve your delivery management. I love the products, but this experience makes me think twice about ordering online again.
