I'm a loyal user of your hair products of the old formula. I tried the new formula but it caused my hair to become coarser and break easily. I've since stopped buying your hair products. However last week, I decided to try the improved formula, but it disappoints again - same old issues... it did not detangle my hair nor any smooth texture like all the other brands conditioner I am using. Because of this, it causes my hair to break easily (can see more hair falling during shower) and after drying, my hair is coarse. Not recommended at all!
