I’ve been using L’Occitane for over 10 years. The products are still good, but I expected more improvement after so many years.
There hasn’t been much breakthrough, and the customer service could be better. As a loyal customer, I feel a bit disappointed.

The texture is light and smooth, and it absorbs quickly without leaving my hands greasy. After using it, my hands feel soft and comfortable. It works well for normal daily dryness. However, if your hands are very dry or cracked, it might not be rich enough on its own. You may need something heavier for deep moisture.
