Made my hair loss worst

Was recommended by the sale assistant to use this when I wanted to get a new bottle of the Anti-hair loss serum. They told me that the Anti-hair loss serum was not meant to be used long term and told me to switch to this Immortelle Serum instead.

Used it for a month and not only did it NOT WORKED, but it made my hair thinner and my hair volume has been visibly lesser all over my head. Should not have listen to the sale assistant and just kept normally using the Anti-hair loss serum
